BUYING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE
By placing an order on the Tradepass Limited web store you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at tradepass.info@gmail.com before placing your order with us. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.
TRANSACTIONS ON OUR WEBSITE
All transactions on this website are the responsibility of Tradepass Limited. Your credit card details are entered on a secured page and are transferred using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which keeps your card data secure. We do not store your card details on our server.
PRICES AND DUTIES
The Tradepass Limited Webstore accepts payments in British Pounds.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
DELIVERIES, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Deliveries are fulfilled through a third party, they apply variable shipping rates. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but is an estimated 7 business days for US and Europe and up to 20 business days for other international destinations
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at tradepass.info@gmail.com. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Returns received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
